Our 2 hour session teaches you all the basics of the strokes, how to stand up and be safe on the water in no time! At the end of the session we're sure you'll be captivated!

IMPROVER SUP COURSE!
£80 Per Person (requires 2 to run)
So you've learnt to SUP so whats next?
This day course is aimed for someone that has already learnt to SUP, we focus on improving your technique, look at how to stay safe on the water (looking after ourselves/others), rescue techniques, equipment and where to paddle. This is a great course where the focus of the course is centred around the participants.

1:1 COACHING SESSION
From £65 (2 Hour session)
A bespoke session based on your needs. It can focus on a variety of things, do you have a big trip coming up and want to dial in your rescue skills? Want to work on your forwards paddling or footwork?
Prices start from £65 for 2 hours of coaching. This includes a consultation call before the session where we go over your previous experience and aims for your session in order to design a session to your needs. After the session you will have a full debrief including an action plan and any next steps you need to take.
